1. Hunting, fishing, collecting or destroying corals and shells is prohibited.

The maximum depth of diving according to the law is 40 m.

As in almost all holiday countries it is customary to show its recognition for good work and good service
in the form of an extra money. It is customary, an amount of 75 Euro per guest.
Of course it is up to you, which amount you will give.

The crew on the boat is speaking english partly, our dive guides usually speaks german and english as well.

It is possible to pay cash in Euro, USD or Egyptian Pounds. We don‘t accept credit cards.

On board there is a safe. Because there is no insurance, we point out that no liability is assumed for missing valuables.
You should put your valuables and your passport in the safe. On request of our guest we will collect the
service charge and fees directly at the beginning of the safari,
so that these amounts do not have to be carried for a week with you.

The order of the dive sites is variable. Our captain will drive you safely, dependent on the weather, to your dive sites.
ATTENTION: The tour description is merely our suggestion. Which diving places on tour are dived is determined by many factors including the wind and weather.

Should problems, defects or inconveniences occur, give this information immediately to your dive guide.
ONLY then he can help. Do not wait until the end of the safari.
At the end of the safari we will distribute a guest report. Here you can write your impressions or suggestions for our office.

As like in all arabic countries the hospitality has a high priority, that‘s why from all visitors is expected that
they follow and respect the rules of an arabic country.
With consideration of local morality it is not allowed to lie topless on the sun deck or walk around undressed.
Please respect the country and the religion.

To confirm your flight back home, we need to have the passport details in the office in Hurghada at least 8 days before the boat departure from the harbor. We also need to know the first and last name of the guest, passport number and nationality, the flight number and the arrival and departure time. We are not responsible for any flight delays.

If you book your own flights please consider the timing for your departure flight. Last dive of the safari is usually around mid day on the day before departure, for safety reasons, you should consider 24 hrs before your flight home.

A representative will welcome you with a sign of Divers Fleet

The tour leader will ask you for the number of your flight back home and the time of departure, to reconfirm
the flight after your holidays.
After you got your luggage he will bring you to the air conditioned bus to go to the boat

Check in
Of course we need time to load the boats, to clean and do small maintenance partly.
We ask for your comprehension that at the arrival day the check in cannot be before 4:00 p.m.
and the check out 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
If you check in before 4:00 p.m. please have appreciation if the crew is still cleaning
or loading the boat.
You will stay the first night in the harbor and the boat will leave on the next morning.
Check out
In the afternoon one day before departure the boat will enter the harbor.
The luggage will be brought from the storage to prepare all your personal things very calmly.
The details for the return journey you will get from the staff.
Because of organizational or technical reasons perhaps (very rare) you have to stay in a hotel
for the last night as our guest.

As soon as you arrive at the landing place you will go on board. There you have to put off your shoes for the
whole stay on board (don‘t forget warm socks or sailing shoes).
After that put your dive equipment in your dive box and clear away the rest of your luggage in the cabin.
The crew will store the empty suitcases until your departure.
One small and one big bath towel are available in all cabins. Both will be changed during the safari.
During the cold season there is also a bathing robe for each customer.
In the evening your responsible dive guide will make a briefing about the boat, safety, diving and
give you general information.

Salon
To enter the salon or the cabins with dive equipment is prohibited, please don‘t wear wet swimming clothes in the salon.
Cabins
All cabins are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning. The air conditioners are not running while the tanks are filled!
Each cabin has portholes. Please make sure that they are closed during travelling.
Valuables such as computers, cameras or phones stash in the closet, so that at any water leaks this does not come to harm.
Here in Egypt there is no corresponding insurance, so there can be no refund.
Not all cabins are equipped with a hair dryer. Since they were wet, we have some hair dryer lodged by the salon service.

Sleeping on the deck
In case you want to sleep on the deck you should bring a sleeping bag and earflaps with you.
It is not allowed to bring mattresses out of the cabin but you can use a mattress on the sun deck.
Bathrooms and toilets
Please don‘t throw toilet paper or any other sanitary rubbish into the toilet. Use the basket beside,
because the toilet can be stopped up. To fix it during the safari is not possible most of time or
you will be molest by dirt and bad smell. Besides the paper is drifting on the reefs and
disturbs the pleasure of diving.
Please use sparingly soap and shower gel because the waste water goes directly in the sea.
In some shops you can find already biodegradable products.
Smoking on the boat
There is no smoking in the salon and in the cabins fundamental. Please use the available ash-trays
and don‘t throw the stub over board.

There are 3 meals per day served as a buffet on board.
The breakfast used to consist of bread, toast, pancakes, jam, honey, different variation of eggs, yoghurt,
nescafe and tea.
For the main meal there will be served chicken, beef or fish, as garnishing rice, noodles, potatoes
and different kinds of vegetables and salads.
For dessert we offer pudding, cakes or fruits.
During the safari there is nescafe, tea, water, Cola, Sprite and juices available free of charge.
Not included are drinks in cans and alcoholic liquors.
It is not allowed to bring own beer, but there will be enough beer and wine on board.
The catering starts with the dinner on the first day and ends with the breakfast on the last day

From each diver we need an actual diving brevet, the logbook and a medical statement (maximum 1 year old).
On the boat you choose your own dive requirement.
As early riser you have the possibility for an Early Morning Dive.
After common breakfast you start to the famous drop off reefs in the Red Sea and to reefs
which are really secret.
In the afternoon there are wrecks on the order of the day as well as glamorous labyrinths,
mysterious caves and magnificent underwater gardens.
If this is not enough you can end the day in a cozy night dive.
On every Divers Fleet's boats the care on board and under water is carried out by a professional dive guide.
All of them have a know how in the Red Sea for many years and know the reefs very well.
Detailed briefings from the guide makes it possible to discover the dive sites independent with your buddy.
For diving we have aluminium tanks with DIN Valves (INT-Adapter on board) and also enough lead.
All other equipment you have to bring with you.
For the suits there are dress-hanger. The BCD will be fixed on the tank during the safari.
Diver with less dives are diving in a small group – with experienced divers or the dive guide.

Safety during diving
Decompression dives are prohibited on principle and the max. dive-depth is 40 meter.
For emergency there are four 50 litre tanks with oxygen and accessories
and medic first aid equipment.
We recommend to sign a special insurance that includes the rescue, costs for Decompression
Chamber and the transportation to your home. On board you can make a deco insurance which costs 10 Euro.
We warmly recommend to obtain an insurance from Aqua Med or DAN.
• This is valid the whole year, and even covers outbound trips - not only diving accidents, but also other accidents
and illnesses are covered. In the cabin book you can find detailed information.
All Divers Fleet's boats are equipped with the safety and rescue system ENOS.
Safety on board
In your cabin you will find life jackets, on deck there are inflatable rescue islands.
In the salon, the engine room and in all cabins there are fire-extinguisher for emergency.
Additionally all the boats have radio and telephones.
Nitrox
On all the boats of Divers Fleet, it‘s possible to dive Nitrox 32 with 12 liter tanks.
For Nitrox 32 you don‘t need special equipment. Nitrox analyzer is available on board.

If Nitrox is not available because of technical reasons, there is no refund.

A visa is required to enter Sudan and we will arrange the visa for you.
• Get it by sending your valid passport copy and flight details
we will give you the visa quickly and easily and send you a copy before you travel.
• Note: The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after departure
be. The passport cannot contain a visa or stamp from Israel.
The passport must contain three blank pages.
For Germany, Austria and Switzerland there is also the possibility to
get a Sudan visa from the respective Sudanese embassy
For this you will receive an invitation letter from us.

One of our employees will be waiting for you at Port Sudan Airport and
complete with you the formalities (visa).
During the safari your passport will be in our office to finish the registration.
Then you drive directly to the SEAWOLF Dominator.
The travel time from the airport to the ship takes about 20 minutes.
Once on the boat, there is a boat tour for all participants with general instruction.
After you can use the time to prepare your diving equipment.
ATTENTION - in Sudan we don't have renting equipment!
The next morning you sail early and reach the first dive site about after an hour's drive.
On the last day only 2 dives are offered, so you have the break well in 24 hours before the return flight.
In the evening the SEAWOLF Dominator arrives back in Port Sudan and you spend
the night on the ship.
The next morning we drive into town and visit the colorful market in Port
Sudan. There you can still stroll around and shop.
Then the transfer will take you from the ship to the airport

The best time to go on a liveaboard is this period

Import regulations
The import of alcohol, pork and pornographic newspapers, men's magazines
or magazines with revealing images of women and men and similar films is prohibited.
Import ban applies to Israeli goods.
If alcohol is found in luggage on arrival, it may cause inconvenience

Conduct in public
We are in a Muslim country and on our visit to the city we recommend
to wear long trousers or skirts below the knee for women and avoid wide-cut tops.
On the way back from the safari, please note that we are back in town.
Men should avoid leaving the ship in swimming trunks. With appropriate clothing
you show respect for the local culture and you can move around undisturbed.
Eating, drinking and smoking in public is during the fasting month of Ramadan
upon during daytime hours frowned.

Filming and photography
Please just ask the locals if you can take photos.
Photographing and filming military facilities, uniformed and out
view of the Sudanese authorities strategically important objects (ministries,
military, police and other public institutions of all kinds) should be avoided.

Medical supplies
Medical care in the country cannot be compared with that in Europe and
is often problematic in terms of technology, equipment and / or hygiene. A sufficient,
worldwide health insurance coverage and reliable travel repatriation insurance
are therefore strongly recommended.
An individual first-aid kit should be taken with you.
Vaccination protection
When entering directly from Germany vaccinations are not provided.

Credit cards / bank cards
Credit cards and foreign bank cards cannot be used in Sudan.
Only cash payments are possible on board - cash payments on the ship
should be in euros as requested. Please make sure you have enough cash with you.

Employees on the boats
All employees have been made familiar with the new hygiene rules and trained accordingly.
The temperature of our employees is measured daily.
All employees must wear a face mask and gloves and keep the minimum distance to the guests.

Guests on the boat
The temperature is measured when the guests arrive.
Hand sterilization dispensers were placed at specific locations.
The chairs in the restaurant were placed in such a way that the safety standard is maintained.
There is no buffet, the food will be served.
In closed rooms there is required to wear a face mask.
Every day the entire boat is disinfected and cleaned with high-quality cleaning agents that contain chlorine.

One cabin is used as a quarantine station and is equipped with all medical precautionary measures.
